1000 Goddesses Gathering Glass Goddess Pendants
These beautiful goddesses have been specially created for the 1000 Goddesses Gathering. They are sculpted one at a time without molds by glass artist Ellen Mead at her Mysticfire Glass Studio in Chantilly, VA. The imported Italian art glass is no longer in production, so these pieces are a limited edition and collectors’ items.
The goddess pendants are made with pure copper wire, an African Opal Jasper (a type of Variscite) disc bead, with a hand-dyed black silk adjustable cord. The cord measures 24-26” at its longest length. The sculptured glass goddess measures approx. 1 ½ inches (40mm). Exact size may vary slightly.
All pieces have been bathed in activated Sacred Healing Water that comes from sacred sites all over the world including Mary Magdalene’s Well, Lourdes, France, Machu Picchu, Sedona Vortexes, Chartres Cathedral and many others.
“African Opal Jasper (a type of Variscite)is known as the ‘supreme nurturer’. It sustains and supports its wearer through times of stress and brings tranquility and wholeness. Jasper provides protection and absorbs negative energy while balancing yin and yang energies. It encourages honesty with one’s self and provides courage to assertively tackle problems.” (The Book Of Stones by Robert Simmons & Naisha Ahsian, Heaven and Earth Publishing, 2007)
The stones themselves have been cleared and bathed in the sun as well as with sound using chimes tuned to the root chakra.
The number 77 refers to the Divine Feminine, introspection, spirituality, intuitiveness and wisdom.
The sales of these goddess pendants support the organizing expenses of the 1000 Goddesses Gathering. Thank you!
Since this is a fundraiser, pendants are not returnable.
Note also that some of the pendants have "birthmarks" which makes each one unique. They were all hand-sculpted and hence are not meant to be uniform in shape and color. xoxoxo
